Can I control the feeder remotely?
Yes! You can schedule and manage feedings from anywhere using the Pet Zero app on your smartphone (iOS & Android).
Does the feeder work with both 2.4GHz and 5GHz WiFi?
Our pans are made from recycled aluminum and our coating is free of PFAS, PFOA, Lead, and Cadmium, so you can breathe easy. The curing process for our coating also creates 60% fewer CO2 emissions in comparison with the curing of conventional nonstick coatings. Our factory generates 30% of its power from the solar panels on the roof and it also has its own wastewater treatment plant to keep our water clean and reuse water wastewater in many other processes in the factory.
What kind of pet food does it support?
The feeder is designed for dry food only, with kibble sizes between 3mm and 15mm.
What happens if the power goes out?
The feeder has a dual power system — it runs on a wall adapter with optional 4× AA batteries for backup, so your pet never misses a meal.
